Supreme Court and High Courts of the states are empowered to protect the Fundamental rights in case of their infringement by any individual or government body. It empowers the citizens to move a court of law in case of any denial of the fundamental rights. Under special circumstances, as emergency, however, the fundamental rights can be restircted or suspended.
