How to prepare orange Juice
One dozen fully ripe orange are taken. Their rinds are removed and the juice is extracted. Then the juice is strained through a thick cloth into a stainless steel vessel. ½ Kg. Sugar, ½ tea-spoon citric acid. A pinch of potassium meta-bisulphate, a few drops of colour and essence are added in the juice. Then, the mixture is stirred to dissolve it completely. Hence, the orange juice is ready to be served in glasses.

Literacy Rate in Rajasthan
Literacy rate in Rajasthan has seen upward trend and is 66.11 percent as per 2011 population census. Of that, male literacy stands at 79.19 percent while female literacy is at 52.12 percent.

As per the report, the difference between the male-female literacy rate was 31.8% in 2001, but it was reduced to 27.1% in the past ten years.

According to the latest report, the male literacy rate has also increased from 74.7% to 79.2% and the female literacy rate has pushed up to 52.1% from 43.9%. The overall literacy rate has increased from 60.14% to 66.11% in the state.

Jalore, Sirohi, Pratapgarh, Banswara and Barmer has the lowest literacy rate in Rajasthan.

Mahatma Gandhi
The personality shown is the picture is Mahatma Gandhi. Mahatma Gandhi was born on 2nd October, 1969 at Porbander in Gujarat. He worked hard to obtain a degree in Law from England. Indira Gandhi Canal
