In our nearby area there are stone, sand, bricks, cement, iron rod etc. are used for construction of houses.

The size of the multi-storeyed buildings are very small and congested in a limited space.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of the people with cement and brick houses? Are there any disadvantage in pukka house compared to kachcha house?
Answer:
The houses of cement and bricks are more permanent, stable and secured. Generally there is no necessity for repairs and maintenance on daily basis. But, the stability of kachcha houses are not more. There are possibility of damage or collapse of these houses in the rainy season.
Kachcha houses are less hot compared to the pukka houses in the summers.

Answer:
The government makes arrangement of a common shelter (rain basera) for those, who do not have their own houses.
