Sit relaxed and breathe normally. Place your fingers in front of the nostrils and feel the inhaled and exhaled air. Now jump at your place 10-12 times and then feel the inhaled and exhaled air again. What do you realize? In which condition the air you breathe is slightly hot and when it is cold?
Answer:
When we sit normally, our breathe is cold. But when we run very fast, our breathing is hot.

Blow air from your mouth 3-4 times in an empty glass or on the mirror and observe what happens?
Answer:
The glass and mirror surface becomes blurred.

Question 1.
Take an empty reel of thread and close one of its sides by sticking paper on it. Now make a small hole near the closed end and place a seed of munj sweet cane plant (known as sarkanda in Hindi) on the hole. Blow air in the reel by keeping the open end in the mouth and see what happens.
Answer:
By this process, seed of munj sweet cane plant on the hole will fall down.

Sit relaxed and breathe normally. Note the time and count how many times you breathe in one minute. Repeat this exercise with your classmates also.
