Solution:
(i) a_ij = |i – 2j|
a₁₁ = |1 – 2 × 1| = |1 – 2| = |-1| = 1
a₁₂ = |1 – 2 × 2| = |1 – 4| = |-3| = 3
a₁₃ = |1 – 2 × 3| = |1 – 6| = |-5| = 5
a₂₁ = |2 – 2 × 1| = |2 – 2| = 0
a₂₂ = |2 – 2 × 2| = |2 – 4| = |-2| = 2
